    1. Identify the symptoms of an acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
    2. Identify criteria for hospital admission and discharge for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
    3. Implement a "COPD Action Plan" in select patients
