WLA - Developing Effective Educational Modules UPDATE

Many changes in processes occur in healthcare. Currently there is a lack of knowledge around how to build a value-added education piece to accompany changes in the workplace.

Education is a necessary part of the change process. After completing a quality improvement plan or research project, education about the change is often the next step. This module will help walk participants through the process of how to add an education piece to support any new change.

Discuss the steps of building a successful education module. Develop an inclusive, value-added educational module.

This education will provide the necessary information for implementing change through successfully building a value-added education piece to accompany any new change.
