The Leader’s Board Winter Roundtable 2019
Why are your physicians burning out (root causes), how can you assess and intervene effectively, and what can your system do to eliminate the “big things” as well as the nagging “little things?” What is working and what isn’t?
Designing the Future Health Team
What is the right mix and use of APP’s as well as other levels of caregivers, health coaches, “concierge service” personnel, self-service applications for your health system and its customers? What’s the ideal number of staff in the future, and can you manage that evolution as boomers retire? DX/TX/RX/Coaching and other services all fall under the umbrella of “patient care” that needs to be provided in a seamless, cost efficient manner with an appropriate level of quality. Envisioning, designing, staffing and tracking the value (Q/P) of this team’s efforts will require creativity, appropriate metrics, and true CMO leadership.
