Registration Information

Pre-Register

Pre-Registrations are due by Oct. 24, 2024.

Live registration is limited to the first 250 registrants. Registering online is the quickest and easiest way to reserve your space.

• Click the “Register/Take Course” tab, then select either the In Person or Virtual registration and enter all requested information.

• Note, you must login to your account or if new to CCEHS will need to register before making your registration selection.

• After registering, an electronic confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when you registered.

A confirmation letter will be faxed, mailed, or emailed. If registration is completed by the deadline, confirmation will be sent via the method you registered. Please note: Registration is not complete until you receive the confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within seven days of registration, please contact us at 724-720-5959. You must bring your confirmation with you to the conference.

On-Site Registration

After Oct. 24, all registrations for this conference are accepted as on-site registrations, provided space is still available. The preferred method is to pre-register. If you register on-site, you will need to step out of line and complete the online registration outlined in the pre-registration section or complete a paper form accompanied by a credit card, where you will be enrolled after the event.

Virtual Registration

This conference will also have a virtual meeting option managed by Chorus Call. Virtual registration is limited to the first 500 on-line registrants. The registration link will be provided by CCEHS in your confirmation email after you successfully register for the course and will be active for viewing the day(s) of the conference.  Do not share this link with anyone else, and it is recommended that you create an event on your calendar w/ the link for access on day(s) you will be viewing. 

Cancellation

All cancellations must be in writing and sent to us via U.S. mail, email or fax (see contact information below). Tuition for cancellations postmarked or date stamped before Sept. 24 will be refunded in full. After Sept. 24, a $25 administrative fee will be assessed, the remaining amount refunded, and no refunds will be made after Oct. 18.
