2024 UPMC Multidisciplinary Thyroid Cancer Symposium: "Clinical Updates in the Management of Thyroid and Parathyroid Diseases"

This course is designed to cover the most recent advances in the therapy of benign and malignant thyroid diseases including methods of detection, treatment, and research. Upon completion of this activity, learners from several disciplines should be able to discuss current strategies and updates in diagnosis and management of hyperthyroidism, thyroid nodules and cancer, and management of surgical complications based on the latest guidelines and newest technology.

Target Audience

This course is designed for physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals practicing in the areas of Endocrinology, Surgical, Medical, and Radiation Oncology, Nuclear Medicine, Pathology, General and Endocrine Surgery, and Otolaryngology.
