Journal Club is designed to give participants experience with appraising current literature and identifying best practice based on research.

This course is open to anyone interested in the topic.
Learning Objectives
The learner will be able to:
- Review common terms used in the analysis of literature
- Evaluate the impact of COVID-19 on hospital occupancy and emergency department boarding
- Discuss reasons for patients leaving the ED without being seen in the US
- Review use of thrombolytic therapy in cardiac arrest related to pulmonary embolism
- Discuss patient outcomes in patients receiving Tenecteplase in patients with wake-up stroke
