Upon completion of this conference, participants should be able to:

Diagnose and manage functioning and nonfunctioning pituitary tumors, endocrine derangements relevant to the pituitary and hypothalamus.

Recognize the role of and advances in surgery and medical therapy for pituitary lesions as well as conditions that secondarily affect the pituitary.

Define key concepts of perioperative management of these patients.
