Multiple Sclerosis Symposium Clinical Advances of Multiple Sclerosis Diagnosis and Treatment
Multiple Sclerosis is the second leading cause of disability in young adults 25-50 years old. A comprehensive approach to disease identification and management is required to navigate myriad complexities of this disease. Our course will highlight practice specifications, most up-to-date treatment protocols, recent advances in the field and physical therapy evaluation and management. Presentations will refer to current literature, technical developments, methodologies, and clinical efficacy. The information presented will aid collaboration between neurology practices to increase clinical acumen on MS and other neuro-immunological conditions that may mimic this disease, fine tune the clinical and radiographic assessment process for diagnosis and provide information on outcome and long-term management standards.
