· Construct an effective SMART aim statement that concisely describes the problem you are trying to solve.

· Understand how a driver diagram identifies drivers that impact aim achievement

· Define and Identify steps to successfully scope a project and apply these steps to chosen project

· Understand the purposes of process mapping

· Understand how a FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis) identifies potential failure modes in a system and their causes and effects.

  • Describe strategies and techniques to manage change
  • To gain knowledge about the basic principles used to develop engaging and memorable stories
  • To gain knowledge about how to enhance the effectiveness of QI improvement presentations by applying the basic principles of storytelling
  • Identify common obstacles encountered during organizational change and ways to enable action by mitigating the barriers
  • Prepare and design your journal article writing plan.
  • Effectively analyze and select appropriate journals to submit for publication.
