  1.  Review My Retina Tracker (MRT) Genetic Testing Program and the anticipated changes, effective June 10, 2024.
  2.  Analyze the diagnostic capabilities and coverage of the new 110 gene panel as compared to the prior program panel (314 genes with mtDNA). 
  3.  Evaluate current genetic testing practices for patients with inherited retinal dystrophies (IRDs) and develop an internal protocol for patients at UPMC who are offered IRD genetic testing.
