This program will review workplace violence and ways to properly address the issue.

  2. The learner will have a basic understanding of the causes and effects of workplace violence.
  3. The learner will be able to define Trauma and provide trauma-informed care.
  4. The learner will be able to explain and participate in prevention measures.
  5. The learner will be able to describe and practice de-escalation techniques.
  6. The learner will have a basic understanding of the importance of self-care.
