Learning Objectives

Improve performance of pre-sports participation cardiac screening evaluation with appropriate history, family history, physical exam.
Improve utilization of appropriate cardia testing and referral to Cardiology by screening algorithm.
Improve recognition of common causes of sudden cardiac arrest in young athletes.
Improve primary and secondary prevention of sudden cardiac arrest and death.
