Pharmacy Technician OTC Hearing Aid Educational Training
This online CE course trains pharmacy technicians to support patients with hearing loss. The training will cover hearing loss basics and the use of over-the-counter hearing aids. Learners will explore how to collaborate effectively with audiologists and pharmacists to improve patient care.

- List consequences of untreated hearing loss
- Identify candidates for appropriate OTC hearing aid use
- Describe equipment used to screen for hearing loss
- Describe the basic functions and features of OTC hearing aids
- Connect patients with hearing healthcare professionals for additional care.
