Learning Objectives
- At the end of the session participants should be able to understand the psychological impact of traumatic events on L&D nurses and implement strategies to reduce emotional distress, burnout, and the risk of PTSD
- At the end of the session participants should be able to appropriately and accurately apply components of the new Electronic Fetal Monitoring policy and identify key elements of the fetal monitoring strip
- At the end of the session participants should be able to improve the accuracy of blood loss estimation during and after delivery to support timely identification and management of postpartum hemorrhage, reducing the risk of maternal morbidity and mortality.
