Managing dementia-related behaviors is critically important for nurses because it directly affects patient outcomes, caregiver well-being, and the overall quality of care. This program will equip nurses with the knowledge and skills to recognize, assess, and respond to behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) using person-centered, nonpharmacologic strategies.
