November 2025 - November 2026 CHC Participant/Self-Directed Model of Personal Assistance Services (PAS)

This course provides participants with a review of the Participant/Self-Directed model of PAS enrollment process, reassessment, authorization, and, when necessary, the designation of a representative Common Law Employer (CLE).
