Session 4: Cultivating Your Team’s Talent Learn to proactively manage your team’s talent and develop a robust talent pipeline. Explore workforce assessment and planning tools, such as talent reviews (including the 9-Box method) and succession planning. Learn to leverage data gathered from team engagement and wellbeing surveys to develop strategies to address potential challenges.
