Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesiology (MOCA) - Wiser 9.7.19
This 7-hour WISER simulation course fulfills one of the Part IV requirements of the American Board of Anesthesiology’s (ABA) Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesiology Program (MOCA®). Please consult the ABA website, http://www.theaba.org/Home/anesthesiology_maintenance, for a list of all MOCA® requirements. Participants will work in teams of 2-5 to manage cases in several anesthesiology specialty domains.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to
- manage and avoid critical errors in the hospital
- focus on leadership skills including communication, judgment, planning, resource management, and medical knowledge/application.
- Perform a successful crichothyrotomy
