In Ageless Wisdom, this program will define normal and abnormal aging changes while allowing the audience to participate in interactive exercises (information on suggested supplies to have on hand will be shared). 

An exercise kit will be sent to you before the training. If you register a week or less before the training, we cannot guarantee the kit will reach you in time. If you want the kit to be mailed to an address other than the one associated with your CCEHS account, please notify us at the time of your registration. We may also reach out to you for further information.
