Learning Objectives
Participants would be able to recognize personal bias and the impact it has communicating and relating to fathers and patients in the birthing space. Participants will be able to apply the information, and skills obtain to enhance and create a culturally inclusive and responsive care for families of color. Participants will be able to identify barriers fathers face in the birthing process and support them in overcoming those barriers effectively. Participants will be able to recognize mental health needs and address as feasible.
