Gaining Stakeholder Buy-In & Perfecting a Pitch - From Idea to Approval - 2026 APP Summit

This course equips advanced practice providers with the skills to secure stakeholder buy‑in by crafting clear, compelling, and strategically aligned pitches. Participants will learn to define their ask, tailor messaging to diverse decision‑makers, leverage data effectively, and navigate common barriers to move proposals from idea to approval.

Target Audience

This activity is intended for physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, and nurse anesthetists.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Analyze key stakeholders and prioritize their interests to inform message strategy.
  • Construct a concise and compelling pitch that clearly communicates value and intended outcomes.
  • Anticipate potential objections and formulate effective, evidence‑based responses.
