All-Organ QAPI

This interdisciplinary Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meeting provides a structured review of clinical outcomes, patient safety metrics, regulatory compliance, and process‑improvement initiatives across all solid organ transplant programs. Participants evaluate program performance using evidence‑based benchmarks, analyze variances in outcomes, and identify opportunities to optimize patient care delivery throughout the transplant continuum. The session promotes collaborative problem‑solving, ensures alignment with CMS and UNOS quality standards, and supports ongoing professional development through discussion of best practices, corrective action plans, and data‑driven quality strategies.

At the conclusion of this activity:

  • Participants should be able to integrate a stronger understanding of QAPI, CMS, and UNOS regulatory requirements to promote coordinated, data‑driven quality improvement efforts across organ groups.
  • Participants should be able to contribute to a unified, survey‑ready culture by implementing consistent, team‑based approaches to continuous process improvement.
