Target Audience

Learning Objectives
Staff will have a better understanding of this particular diet, and the effects that it has on our patients that are utilizing it. They will be able to state reasons why a patient might be on this particular diet, and understand the patients limitations. This will help our staff be able to have further discussions and a better knowledge and understanding of what this particular group of patients are able to eat perioperatively.
