ForwardPAC3/PC4 Spring 2027 Conference
The 2027 PC4/PAC3 Conference is a multidisciplinary educational meeting that brings together healthcare professionals in pediatric cardiology, pediatric cardiac critical care, and congenital heart disease care. Through expert presentations, abstract sessions, and collaborative discussions, participants will share best practices, emerging research, and quality improvement initiatives aimed at advancing pediatric cardiovascular care and improving patient outcomes.

Learning Objectives
1. Describe emerging research, evidence-based practices, and innovations in pediatric cardiology, cardiac critical care, and congenital heart disease care.
2. Evaluate current outcomes data, benchmarking information, and quality improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for practice improvement.
3. Apply evidence-based strategies and multidisciplinary approaches to improve the quality, safety, and consistency of pediatric cardiovascular care.
4. Identify opportunities for collaboration across disciplines to enhance patient outcomes for children and adults with congenital and acquired heart disease.
Course summary
In support of improving patient care, the University of Pittsburgh is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
This activity is approved for the following credit: AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™, ANCC, ACPE, and AAPA Category 1 CME. Other health care professionals will receive a certificate of attendance confirming the number of contact hours commensurate with the extent of participation in this activity.

Registration Fees:
Early Bird Discount: All registrations submitted on or before February 28, 2027, will receive a $50 per day discount.
Physicians
Early Bird: $200 per day (attendees may register for 1, 2, or 3 days)
Standard Rate: $250 per day (attendees may register for 1, 2, or 3 days)
All Other Attendees
Early Bird: $100 per day (attendees may register for 1, 2, or 3 days)
Standard Rate: $150 per day (attendees may register for 1, 2, or 3 days)
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing and sent to us via U.S. mail or email (see contact information below). Tuition for cancellations postmarked or date stamped before March 9th will be refunded in full. After March 9th, a $25 administrative fee will be assessed, the remaining amount refunded, and no refunds will be made after April 2nd.
