This is an original collaborative initiative joining Pain Nurses, CRNA’s and anesthesiologists to offer a specialty state-of-the-art review and update of knowledge and skills. It includes 3 conferences over a 3-day period, March 20-22, 2020 at the beautiful Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, Farmington, PA.  This activity is sponsored by the University of Pittsburgh Physicians Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative medicine and the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine Center for Continuing Education in the Health Sciences.

The program also includes a unique, two-hour interactive presentation common to both CRNAs and Anesthesiologists on Saturday, March 21, 2020 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.

A highlight of the conference will be a reception for all conference participants, Saturday, March 21, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.

Target Audience

The overall target audience for this conference consists of pain nurses, CRNAs, Anesthesiologists, primary care physicians, neurologists, surgeons, emergency room and rehabilitation physicians, internal medicine and family practice physicians, residents, fellows, SRNAs, pharmacists, CRNPs, PA-Cs, and any other interested individuals.

 • Nurse Conference registration includes CME, breakfast, break, lunch, and the meeting reception.
• CRNA Conference registration includes CME, breakfast, break, and lunch for both Friday and Saturday and the reception.
• Physician conference registration includes CME, breakfast, break, and lunch for the category corresponding to the registration and the reception.
• For those who are not registered, fees of $40 will be charged for breakfast, $50 for lunch, and $50 for the reception.
