This interactive discussion is for nurses who seek to promote excellence in nursing education and graduate nurses better positioned to advance health equity in a race-conscious society. Critical Multicultural Education will be used to frame activities and strengthen the capacity of participants to confront and neutralize inequities in nursing education. The session will unify diverse perspectives and establish a cohesive milieu through the ethical principles of justice and fidelity.

  •  Identify curricular practices that support diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice
