Assess for the most common personal and environmental challenges that pose risk to aging in place.

Describe the state of U.S. and Pittsburgh housing stock and identify the most common environmental challenges older homes pose to aging in place.

Recommend environmental and smart home technology modifications and services that can be implemented to improve aging in place.

Apply simple screening tools to identify clients who may benefit the most from evidence-based interventions to promote aging in place.
