Improve Your Documentation: How to Be More productive, Compliant, and Minimize Your Risk - UPMC Learning

This practice will address improving documentation and disclose appropriate billing requirements. The presentation will also review selecting Evaluation and Management (E/M) services as well as HIPAA and privacy concerns.

This course is designed for Physicians and Physician Assistants.

  • Minimize risk by identifying common documentation pitfalls and implementing best practices to avoid legal and professional issues.
