Bridges to Epic Excellence: Inpatient Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners

This CME course is designed for inpatient physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners who have completed workflow-based Epic training. Participants will enhance their efficiency in placing orders, managing problem lists, and writing notes. The course also covers advanced customization techniques, including optimizing preference lists, building order panels, and managing user order sets. Learners will gain skills to personalize their Epic workspace, streamline clinical review tools, and improve In Basket management to support safer, more effective patient care.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

  • Set up your workspace, optimize Patient Lists, modify clinical review tools, and improve In Basket efficiency.
