Learning Objectives

  • Educate physicians about the definition of physician burnout and the causes of physician burnout nationally.
  • Educate physicians about the national initiatives, to address physician burnout and promote physician well-being.
  • Teach the attendees about ongoing local initiatives to improve physician professional fulfillment and reduce physician burnout. These include education about strategies to integrate well-being into their work and workshops with strategies to improve their professional fulfillment.
