This conference will explore leadership concepts that foster personal development, professional growth, and positive influence within educational, healthcare, and organizational settings.
As a result of this educational activity, nursing faculty will be better equipped to practice intentional self-leadership, foster professional growth, positively influence students and peers, and improve the culture within the school of nursing.
This educational activity is expected to have a positive impact on the interprofessional healthcare team by strengthening participants' self-awareness, leadership effectiveness, communication skills, and ability to positively influence others. As healthcare professionals and nurse educators develop stronger self-leadership and professional growth strategies, they will be better prepared to foster collaboration, trust, and mutual respect among team members from different disciplines
