Behavioral Health Screenings
This 2-hour training will discuss common signs, symptoms, and risk factors associated with depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders and the rationale behind doing screenings with Health Plan Members

Participants will be able to describe the rationale for screening members for depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders
Participants will be able to utilize the PHQ-9, GAD-7, and NIDA Quick Screen screening tools to effectively screen for symptoms of depression, anxiety, and substance use and implement engagement strategies to accurately assess for symptoms of depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders
Participants will be able to recall the steps to take post-screening for behavioral conditions, including connecting members with both UPMC Health Plan and external resources.
