9th Annual Cancer Survivorship Conference
To provide health care professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to promote evidence-based care to oncology patients and their families throughout the survivorship continuum.
Target Audience
Virtual attendance of oncology and non-oncology providers including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, and other health care providers working with patients and families surviving cancer across the nation.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this program, attendees will:
• Have increased knowledge of health promotion, assessment, and needs management strategies in survivorship.
• Identify local, regional, and national health promotion resources that are available for healthcare providers and survivors.
• Have increased knowledge of methods to promote adherence throughout all phases of survivorship.
