Empowering Conversations: Mastering Shared Decision Making 1-23-2025
- This session will focus on well-described methods designed to accomplish patient-centered care in the context of situations where medical evidence supports specific behavior changes and the most appropriate action is dependent on the patient’s preferences. Case scenarios will be reviewed with best-practice examples and application.
