External credit is credit that a learner was awarded outside of the organization. External credit can be self-claimed and tracked in the learner's profile.
Step 1: Go to http://cce.upmc.com.
Step 2: Click My Account.
Step 3: Click My Transcript.
Step 4: Click External Credits.
Step 5: Click Add credits.
Step 6: Complete the required fields (Course name and Credit hours at a minimum).
Step 7: Upload a certificate (optional).
Step 8: Click Save.
Step 9: To save or print, click download PDF. The data can filtered by a specified date range.
