This 1-hour training session on Person-Centered Approaches to Care Management Member Competencies: Health Plan Benefits, Emotional Health, and Lifestyle Management is designed to equip clinical staff with the essential skills and knowledge needed to support members to understand benefits and resources available for health management, lifestyle, and emotional health. Participants will engage in interactive discussions, case studies, and/or practical exercises to enhance their competencies in lifestyle management & emotional health.
