Registration includes workshop, lodging for 3 nights at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Oakland, and most meals; travel to Pittsburgh is not included.  The dates are Nov 3-5 (with check-in on Nov 2, departing on Nov 5).

Trainee  $725       ($500 for shared lodging)
Faculty  $775       ($550 for shared lodging)
Local     $300       (no lodging)

All cancellations must be sent via email, [willrichl@upmc.edu]. Cancellations received before [10/22/2021] will be refunded in full. Cancellations from 10/22/21 – 11/1/2021 will receive 85% refund. No refunds will be made after [11/01/2021].
