Anti-Inflammatory Diet
Staff will learn about potential inflammatory and anti-inflammatory properties of certain foods provided by the Surgery Optimization Clinic Registered dietitian. This will provide further education for staff to identify and discuss potential foods in their diet that could trigger inflammatory responses.
This will help staff further understand properties of certain foods and the impact it has on every day diet, providing further education and re-enforcement regarding importance of a healthy diet.

SOC staff will learn how inflammatory/anti-inflammatory foods impact diet and the body.
SOC staff will educate/re-enforce patients about potential foods with inflammatory responses when discussing nutrition and diet.
