AONL Nurse Leader Series-HR
Nurse leaders completed AONL leadership survey and leaders responded low with understanding of HR processes and how fitness to duty is monitored and handled.
This course will review information and education about HR processes and how to monitor staff's fitness for duty.

- Nurse leaders will be able to discuss recruitment strategies techniques and implementation at CHP and learn HR processes.
