"Baby is on its way! What's next?" Prenatal Anticipatory Guidance
To educate the UPMC HP Maternity CM team on the importance of parental anticipatory guidance prior to birth. This educational activity discusses the importance of developing a relationship with a pediatric provider in preparation to the newborn's arrival, what to expect during hospitalization post-birth, newborn care advice and well-child visits recommendations.

Dr. Vidal-Phelan is a general pediatrician with over 20 years of clinical experience. She graduated from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, completed pediatric internship and residency at University of Washington, Seattle Children's. Dr. Phelan is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is a board Certified Pediatrician.
CCM CE will be provided: 1 CE and sent from UPMC Health Plan nurse planner
