Clinical Assessment Utilizing OASIS August 10th - 11th, 2023
Accurate OASIS assessment completion is essential to Home Care. The Outcomes Assessment Information set is used by CMS to determine patient outcomes, risk adjustment, potentially avoidable events, value based purchasing and reimbursement. This course is designed to provide the learner with the necessary knowledge to complete an accurate data collection at start of care, resumption or care, recertification, transfer, discharge and death at home.
