COE Plans of Safe Care

Centers of Excellence staff and physicians are a key part of developing Plans of Safe Care but in many cases they do not fully understand the steps involved, the definition of "affected by" and how involvement by ChildLine has gone from disciplinary to supportive in terms of relating to the patient with the substance use disorder.
