Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
Apply current clinical guidelines and emerging evidence to the diagnosis and management of a broad range of liver diseases, including MASLD/MASH, autoimmune liver diseases, liver cancer, and rare conditions.
Implement effective screening, risk stratification, and early intervention strategies to improve outcomes for patients at risk of or living with liver disease.
Integrate patient and caregiver perspectives into individualized care plans to enhance engagement, adherence, and quality of life.
Collaborate effectively within interprofessional teams to deliver coordinated, comprehensive liver care across the continuum—from prevention to transplant. Recognize and address health disparities and social determinants of health that impact liver disease prevalence, diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes.
Engage in advocacy and policy efforts that promote liver health, equitable access to care, and support for individuals affected by liver disease.
