Advanced Motivational Interviewing Skills: Meaningful & Complex Reflections_Enduring

This course will review complex reflections and how they add meaning or emphasis in response to what a person has said and often get at the unspoken feelings that the person is trying to convey. This session will focus on building skills to listen at a deeper level and craft complex reflections.

Target Audience

UPMC Health Plan Clinical staff including Nurses, Care Managers, Social Workers, Paramedics and EMTs
