2022 CHP Trauma Fair - Station 1
This course was designed to provide the learner with the knowledge and updates needed in practice when caring for the trauma patient.
After completing this activity, the learner will be able to:
- describe appropriate measures of infant immobilization pre-hospital and how to appropriately use the papoose in the inpatient setting.
- describe the role of the defibrillator in a traumatic arrest situation.
- describe the role of the rapid infuser in trauma and how to appropriately set up the device if applicable.
