Forward2022 Panther Symposium
A lecture and interactive Q/A format from well-respected and renowned sports medicine team physician experts from around the country will allow all participants from trainees to practicing orthopaedic team physicians to gain key knowledge and competency skills to bridge gaps in knowledge and accomplish the below learning objectives.

Learning Objectives
- Attendees will gain learn key communication skills to trainees on rationale and benefits of effective practice management including discussion of difficult and controversial topics with patients, athletes, and family members as a team physician.
- Attendees will better understand significant knowledge gaps that exist with respect to diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice and training programs and strategies to improve these gaps.
- Attendees will learn effective strategies as team physician to effectively communicate with patients, athletes, and family members regarding accurate diagnosis, treatment, and discussion of prognosis and expectations.
