Select each appropriate board and supply your unique ID number for each board (MDs and Pharmacists Only).
This field is only applicable as follows:

• Pharmacist MUST include NABP ID for credit to be reported.
• MD's who may be awarded MOC Part II credit for specific CME activities that are recognized for MOC credit. If an activity qualifies, it will be specifically stated. MOC credit is not automatically awarded.

Step 1: Go to http://cce.upmc.com.

Step 2: Click My Account.

Step 3: Select Edit à Profile 

Step 4: Scroll down to Board Certification and State License and select desired board from drop down and add Board ID Number below. 

Step 5:  Below Board ID Number is Date of Birth, use the drop down to select Month and Day

Step 6: Select Save at the bottom

*The CCEHS only reports approved activities to the NABP, ABIM, ABS, ABA, ABP, ABPath, ABOS, ABTS
