ThHis program will review  how the lung transplant process works from a clinical coordinator and how to provide this information to the patient and family.

  1. After the presentation the RN will have an increase in knowledge regarding the lung transplant process and be able to develop appropriate care plans for the patient.
  2. After the presentation the RN will identify patients applicable for a lung transplant
