Train the Trainer
This course is designed to help you understand the aging process. This program is intended to take you on a journey. A journey to an older you, where you will walk in the shoes and see through the eyes of an older adult.
It is an interactive class with many hands-on exercises that simulate normal and abnormal aging changes. We hope you enjoy this training and we are thankful for your interest in improving the care of older adults.
As a trainer, you will learn how to deliver the interactive Ageless Wisdom: Aging Experience.

Nurse, SW, Activity Directors, Community Outreach, PT, OT
Learning Objectives
By the completion of this session, participants should be able to: ( minimum of 3 objectives)
- Identify and experience normal aging changes.
- Identify and experience changes due to diseases and disabilities associated with the aging process.
- Role play strategies to address these changes.
