BMTCN Review February 2025
Nurses that wish to become a Blood and Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse may not have a comprehensive knowledge of the transplantation phases and complications they care for in their practice. The aim of the BMTCN Review Course is to give background information regarding pathophysiology of specific diseases and complications with a blood or marrow transplant. Reviewing the treatments and processes associated with patients undergoing a blood or marrow transplant helps provide a better understanding of the care they provide. This in-person course allows the nurses to review any of the virtual content that was challenging, discuss the exam content outline, review test-taking strategies, and work through content utilizing case study format, as well as practice questions and rationales with a BMTCN-certified instructor.
